  • 1 cup massel vegetable liquid stock
  • 1 1 2 cups couscous
  • 1 1 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup roasted red onion see related recipe

  • 1 cup carrot roasted

  • 3 4 cup fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 4 cup lemon juice
